Melrose Organic Rolled Flaxseed is rolled which enables the flaxseed to retain the goodness and flavour of whole flaxseed. The rolling process allows the outer shell of the seed to be fractured while protecting the oil bearing membrane from being damaged. Melrose Organic Rolled Flaxseed can be used in numerous applications such as sprinkling over the top of breakfast cereals, fruit or yoghurt or added to sweet and savoury baking. Rolled Flaxseed can be taken daily.
