Melrose Cod Liver Oil is rich in Vitamin A and D, as well as being a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Vitamin A aids immunity and supports healthy vision whilst Vitamin D assists in calcium absorption, which is important for the development of healthy bones and teeth.

Dosage: Adults and Children over 12 years: 4ml by metric measure daily, Children 6 months-12 years: 2ml by metric measure daily.

Ingredients: Each 4ml contains: 750mcg Retinol (Vitamin A 2500 IU), 8mcg Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 320 IU), 800mg Omega 3 Marine Triglycerides; 400mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), 388mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
