Sea Mineral Complex is a multi-mineral algae grown on the ocean floor, high in bioactive calcium and magnesium along with 72 other trace minerals.

A fusion of Blue Spirulina and Blue Butterfly Pea Flower make our vibrant Blue Superfood Blend. Blue Spirulina is nutrient dense, high in vitamins, enzymes and minerals with powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Blue Butterfly Pea Flower is an ancient Thai herbal botanical ground to a fine matcha powder. Potent in anthocyanin antioxidants, it has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic traditions for its medicinal properties and anti-aging effects.

Adaptogenic herbs Ashwaganda, Siberian Ginseng, Liquorice and Milk Thistle, help aid stress relief and energy production by balancing cortisol levels and supporting adrenal function.

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing systems. These spices are traditionally used to enhance digestion and metabolism, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, balance hormones, reduce inflammation, help with sleep, and promote healthy and glowing skin. 

Add 1 - 2 teaspoons to a little heated or chilled milk, stir to combine. Add the remaining milk to make 200ml.
