Serving suggestion:
Mix 2 level scoops (50 grams) of QuickLoss with 250 to 300mL of liquid (such as water, dairy milk or unsweetened milk substitute such as soy, rice, oat, almond milk or canned coconut milk). If using coconut milk, dilute it 50% with water, or it will be too thick. Make sure the milk that you use does NOT contain added sugar or sweeteners. It is best to first mix the powder with a small amount of water to form a paste, then add additional liquid until desired consistency is reached.
Use 2 scoops of QuickLoss twice daily, as a meal replacement, ideally for breakfast and lunch.
