Nature`s Sunshine`s first product back in 1972 after Gene Hughes took it by the spoonful to help his stomach. It is also known as `Cayenne` and was used by the South Americans as a condiment. They used it to help relieve flatulence that resulted from their vegetable diet.

Each capsule contains approximately 40,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units.

Active Ingredients Each capsule contains:

Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) fruit powder - 475mg

Dosage:

Adults - take one capsule with a meal and one glass (250ml) of water three times daily.

• It is important to ensure 250mL of water is taken with each capsule.
