DOSAGE
Adults: Take 1 level scoop (6g) daily before a meal, dissolve in water or fruit juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700µg retinol equivalents for women and 900µg retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
