Nutrivital Vitamin C and Hesperidin Powder

 A low allergy, buffered vitamin C formula that may help reduce the severity of the symptoms of colds and hayfever. Contains hesperidin, a natural bioflavonoid that improves the absorption of vitamin. This formula may assist in relieving vitamin C deficiency related symptoms such as easy bruising, tender gums with bleeding during brushing, and susceptibility to the common cold. Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant.

DOSAGE: Adults
2 grams (half a metric teaspoon) twice daily. The powder when dissolved in a glass of water gives a refreshing citrus tasting drink.
Children: 2 - 12 years not more than 2 grams daily in divided doses or as advised by a healthcare professional.

• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 700 mg
• Calcium ascorbate 352.4 mg
• equiv to ascorbic acid 310 mg
• Hesperidin 225 mg
• Ferrum metallicum (H) 30X 2.5 mg
• Manganum metallicum (H) 30X 2.5 mg
• Zincum metallicum (H) 30X 2.5 mg
• Selenium metallicum (H) 30X 5 mg

CAUTION:
Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
