Worcestershire sauce is a well-known ingredient in Caesar salads and dressings (and essential in a Bloody Mary). It is delicious in pasta sauces, Asian stir fries, gravies and on mashed potatoes. It also works well on its own as an instant marinade, or a base for marinades. Worcestershire sauce adds full flavored zest to pies, pasties, casseroles, curries, shellfish and meat dishes.

Melrose Organic Worcestershire Sauce is certified organic and free from artificial colors, preservatives, gluten and is GM free. This guarantees a fresh, delicious taste without any harmful additives, pesticides or herbicides. It is packed in glass bottles at Melrose's own GMP-certified manufacturing plant in Australia.

Unlike some other Worcestershire sauces, Melrose Organic Worcestershire Sauce does not contain anchovies (making it suitable for vegans) does not contain thickeners or binders and is gluten free.
